Travelodge by Wyndham Spearfish

This hotel was so nice and clean

I didn’t like that they put me on the second floor, and I had to carry a bunch of luggage up the stairs. The breakfast was minimal. The place is old. Could really use a good facelift, but I did like the bed. It was very comfortable and the pizza place down the street was horrendous would not recommend.

The lobby was bright and welcoming. The staff were pleasant and accommodating. The room was well appointed, clean and comfortable. Washer and dryer available for guests. Someone was available at the desk 24/7. This was a very comfortable two night stay for us.

Carpeted floors. Carpet seemed clean, but we prefer hard surface floors.

Waiting on a refund for September 4th and 5th. Called ahead to cancel and haven't received refund yet!

It was an average hotel. Nothing special. Manager was unhelpful with problem. No decent breakfast. Manager not a people person especially with customers
