Great staff. Good breakfast. Great area

Our room was very nice. The staff were incredibly helpful. The Lobby was a nice place to be. The halls are well lit and clean. No charge for parking and there was plenty available. It would be lovely to find a Hilton as nice as this one at these rates wherever we travel. It was what I was looking for.

Upon arrival we had to change rooms because the local beetles were sneaking in through the AC unit. Totally nobody's fault and we were moved immediately. After checkout I was charged for a tip that wasn't mine. But again, a simple mistake that was rectified immediately with an apology.

Only had tea in room. Needed coffee. A lot of boxelder bugs.

I’m not sure where to begin as the experience was less than agreeable. I guess I will just give the highlights, or in this case, the low lights. First of all every single parking lot light was out completely so I had to walk my dog in complete darkness and every guests car was parked in complete darkness. Secondly, my dog picked up about 20 burrs from the dog walking area. They were sharp and hurt and had to be cut out of her coat. When I brought this to the attention of the Front desk person she said “yeah that’s the kind of weeds we have here.” with a shrug. I was put in a room two doors down from the pool and exercise room and so it was very loud right up until 10 o’clock when they closed. There are no signs that direct you to where the ice machine is. And in fact, it is in the laundry room, which is marked “laundry room”. I had to go to the front desk to ask where it was. when I checked out, I told her that it was probably the worst stay I’ve had it at Hilton and her response was oh, I’m sorry to hear that. She did not ask what went wrong. She did not ask if there was anything they could’ve done to make my stay better. She did not offer to make it up to me in anyway. On the bright side, the gentleman that checked me in was very courteous, respectful, and professional.

Nicely renovated & clean

Staff was great. Room and property was clean. The fitted bas sheet for our king size bed was too small and kept coming undone from corners of mattress. $50 pet fee is too high.
