"Right next to the shopping mall"

Extremely convenient location right next to the Charlottenberg Shopping mall, with ample parking. The bed was comfy, and the staff were nice. Breakfast was included. Not the best breakfast with Norwegian/Scandinavian standards, but quite okay for starting a day.

The room was not well-equipped. There was no safe locker, electricity plugs were far from the bed, and most importantly, there was no fridge in the room. I suppose the overwhelming majority of the hotel guests are shoppers in the nearby shopping mall. Therefore, a small fridge is essential to store stuff you buy. Big minus for that.

Rooms are not cleaned daily,I have stayed 3 nights and asked them to do the cleaning, they promised but when you come back from work you see that they have not cleaned it for some reason. Coffee is so terrible that it cannot be consumed, the coffee machine is mixing instant coffee with water inside the machine, not even beans are used, so disgusting.
