Hotel bom, limpo. Apesar de antigo, atendeu bem o que precisávamos. A localização é muito boa!

Café da manhã mais fraco do que imaginávamos, considerando o valor cobrado. Custo benefício não foi bom, mesmo sendo baixa temporada.

Toalhas limpas e bem fofinhas e as moças da limpeza muito prestativas e educadas.

Minha estadia começou de forma bastante estressante. No momento do check-in, a recepção não conseguiu vincular as informações do meu cartão virtual ao meu cartão físico. Diante disso, fui orientada a realizar um novo pagamento, sob a informação de que o estorno da cobrança anterior seria feito imediatamente. Contudo, após efetuar o pagamento e solicitar o comprovante do estorno, fui informada de que o procedimento somente seria realizado pelo setor financeiro, com prazo de até 15 dias, em razão do feriado e do retorno das atividades apenas na segunda-feira seguinte. Caso essa informação tivesse sido prestada de forma clara desde o início, eu teria acessado o aplicativo do banco para demonstrar a cobrança já realizada e não teria concordado com a realização de um novo pagamento. Em razão desse equívoco, atualmente constam duas cobranças referentes à mesma estadia e, conforme informações da minha operadora de cartão, o hotel sequer solicitou o estorno até o momento, apesar de já ter se passado uma semana desde o ocorrido. Trata-se de uma situação extremamente frustrante, especialmente pela falta de informação e de preparo da equipe para lidar com um problema relativamente simples. A falha não se limitou à recepção, mas também ao setor financeiro, que até o presente momento não solucionou a questão. É uma grande decepção, sobretudo por se tratar de um dos hotéis mais tradicionais de Balneário Camboriú. Esperava muito mais profissionalismo, transparência e respeito com o hóspede. Infelizmente, após essa experiência, não pretendo retornar.
