Appartement propre et fonctionnel. Emplacement top et pas un bruit la nuit. Nous avons dormi au calme comme chez nous (en campagne).

I found everything in the apartment I needed for an entirely independent stay in Paris. Good organisation of kitchen utensils. Balcony view into the inner green yard.

Small things: The extractor fan in the bathroom doesn’t seem to be working. The mattress has been wrapped in some sort of plastic sheet. I suppose that’s meant to stop sweat from soaking into the mattress. But for me, it actually made me sweat even more.

"hôtel peu chaleureux, accueil peu efficace et manque de propreté"

lit assez confortable mais couette trop petite et oreiller mou

-saleté dans la salle de bain avec traces de moisissure et de savon//pas de poubelle dans la SDB -chambre située au RDC avec accès via une porte sans indication, arrivée dans une sorte de couloir sale ///assez glauque -attente de 10 minutes devant la porte d'entrée avant que l'accueil daigne se déplacer pour nous ouvrir -17€ en supplément pour une place de parking pour la nuit //tarif exorbitant
