Breakfast was okay. We had to ask for yogurt. The scrambled eggs were a little warm and dry. Toaster took 3 passes to brown my muffin. Oranges very sweet and juicy. Attendant was very friendly and always close by. Hot coffee was hot and very good.

Scrambled eggs only slightly warm and they were a little dry. Toaster was weak.

We usually stay in Hampton Inns when we travel because they offer a reliable experience - cleanliness, quiet, competent staff. This was not our experience at the Lenox Hampton Inn. We arrived at 3 pm, was told our room was not ready, and we waited until 3:30 for it to be made available to us. The refrigerator froze our leftovers, which we couldn't have eaten anyway because there was no microwave. The TV and interface was clunky and frustrating. And the hallways were not vacuumed during the two days we stayed there. The bed was comfortable, the air was quiet, so it wasn't all bad.
