Motel 6-Oak Creek, WI

Nothing. Staff was terrible, none of them knew what they were talking about, you talked to 3 different people and they’d all tell you something different. General manager told me my dog needed to be in a crate in the room, which is NOT in their pet policy that I signed. Nor was it communicated to me by other staff upon check in. The first night I booked I called ahead of time to let them know I’d be checking in very late. They canceled the booking and I had to spend all day in the car with 2 children and a dog because it was not communicated amongst staff. Should’ve never rebooked after that. Room was DISGUSTING, I’ve done hotel housekeeping for years and the state of the room was actually disgraceful. Holes in the floor, no cover on AC unit, nightstand falling apart. There was a SLUG CRAWLING INSIDE OF THE SINK. A SLUG. Shower was covered in dirt. TV didn’t work. The floor was actually so dirty I had to wear shoes the entire time. Worst experience I’ve ever had at a hotel in my entire life.
