Acredito que este seja o melhor hotel em Cassia! Fica bem próximo da pequena cidade de Cassia. Se você pretende ir com a família ou casal, esse hotel é certamente a melhor opção. O atendimento em geral é muito bom. Deixo apenas uma ressalva no atendimento do restaurante e no checkin. Ambos um pouco lentos.

"1ère fois que je suis déçue à ce point d'un hôtel"

A notre arrivée, deux personnes travaillaient à la réception de l'hôtel. Malgré qu'il n'y avait aucun autre client lors de notre arrivée, aucune des deux personnes de l'hôtel ne nous a dit bonjour. Accueil glacial. On avait presque l'impression que notre venue les dérangeait. En plus de ne pas savoir dire bonjour, nous n'avons eu aucune explication quant aux chambres ou à l'heure du petit-déjeuner. Les chambres dont l'aménagement était correct mais sans plus, disposait aussi d'un frigo. Mais pourquoi mettre un frigo sans rien de dedans? Pour un tel hôtel, une petite bouteille d'eau n'aurait pas été du luxe. Ma chambre n'était pas particulièrement propre et des arraignées avaient élu domicile dans chaque coin de la chambre. Beaucoup de groupes logent dans cet hôtel. Malheureusement, à l'heure du petit- déjeuner, vous avez intérêt à vous battre pour attraper un pain au chocolat ou croissant car le buffet n'est alimenté qu'au compte gouttes. J'ai rarement eu une telle déception avec un hôtel. Le manque de propreté, de qualité des services et de gentillesse du personnel en font pour moi un hôtel à proscrire vivement!

Albergo in posizione ottimale. Le camere sono confortevoli ed accoglienti. Il personale è disponibile. Unico appunto la cucina del ristorante non eccezionale.
