"Beautiful Stay Overshadowed by Poor Reception Service"

We stayed in Room 411, which was very spacious and impeccably clean. The view of the countryside and the Basilica of St. Rita was absolutely breathtaking. The hotel is also conveniently located within a short walking distance to the center of Cascia and close to the bus terminal for trips to Roccaporena.

However, the overall experience was let down by a few key issues. Breakfast was disappointing and did not match the appealing photos shown on Booking.com. Additionally, the staff at reception were not always helpful. In particular, the brunette woman with long hair who was working on the evening of May 21st was quite rude—she didn't make eye contact and showed no interest in assisting us, which left a negative impression.

Clean hotel, no amenities very disappointed. No bottle water , kettle, teacups etc. When we arrived we were just given the key .no explaining where to go for breakfast or check out times . Not very welcoming. Otherwise great location. If you’re looking for restaurants they open after 7:30 pm don’t expect anything great.
