Excellent service!!!!

We had a nice big room with a balcony, but, you know, all it looks out to is desert. Nice place overall but my main complaint is the residual odor of cigarette smoke which permeates everywhere. Food was good but not quite a 10. Steakhouse was a 9.

The room was spacious, and it was quiet.

My husband and I were trying to sleep in our hotel room and are now extremely upset. We checked in on the later side last night and gambled all evening, until about 4am. We just woke up at 8:30am to extremely loud construction - happening right outside our balcony window! No one told us there would be construction when we checked in, and I was really looking forward to a good night of sleep after gambling all night till 4am. My husband and I called the front desk and were told that there was a note in the room (NOT the case; there is no note anywhere) mentioning construction starting at 9am (again, it started before 9am also). There was no note about the 4 construction workers literally rebuilding the roof, right outside our balcony. A manager named Christian said he could move our room but we wouldn’t get a balcony and there wasn’t anything at all they could do for food or beverage to compensate for the ridiculous situation. They could only downgrade us from a balcony room to a lower tier room. We asked multiple people to help us and they just kept saying there was nothing else they could do. I’m so angry and tired as I write this and frustrated. We have also dealt with the Agua front desk in the past (on a different trip) where they lied to us and said there was no construction going on, when they were literally installing fiber optic cables into the walls and drilling in the wall right next to our heads. We stay at hotels all the time and this one has the most inhospitable management team we have ever witnessed. Lying to guests, not apologizing, and not accommodating anyone for their mistakes whatsoever! Our trip is ruined thanks to no front desk communication and lying, gaslighting staff members! We would simply never have stayed in that room, if we were notified at all about construction noise (which by the way, is happening til 4pm, every day, we found out later). We are so exhausted, frustrated and angry. I have attached photos of the construction happening literally right outside our balcony. I have video but it would not let me post here. Next time we will give our gambling money to Fantasy Springs instead!

The staff was excellent did not matter the position.all were excellent.
