Camden on the Lake Resort

Terrible experience. We had booked a 2 night stay and left at 10pm the 2nd night when the live band started. They played the night before until 1am. So loud and ridiculous! At least have a disclaimer that says your hotel is connected to a bar that has loud rock bands playing until 1 am that hotel guests can hear and not get any sleep. Never again!!

It was updated and very nice and clean. The rooms were huge. The staff was helpful and kind. The setup was easy to get around and it was very comfortable the entire time.

The coffee bar was expensive and we didn’t realize that until after ordering. Most condos/hotels/resorts have coffee in the mornings for free. Also, the pool closing at 10 wasn’t awesome. We were only in town one night and my kids wanted to swim but were unable to.

Hotel was overall clean and staff were friendly and helpful. Enjoyed the lakeside pool and our room was very nice.

Every time I stay here, it’s always a pleasant experience. My room is always clean, the pool bar is always fun and inviting.

I like that there are rooms with balconies, outdoor pool, and dining on site.

Interior room furnishing are very dated, outdoor balcony furniture was very old and unstable, more availability on rooms overlooking lake ,not enough chairs in pool area, pool is not big enough and needs to be shallow (short people), more options at coffee bar for food and drinks, and more luggage carts are needed. I recommend an additional elevator to rooms for security reasons. Need price list on snack items in shop.

Our room smelled like sewer and they didn't care .... Not to mention we were charged $73 A Day on top of our booking charges What a rip off
