The Inn was quaint and has beautiful grounds and a delicious continental breakfast including a waffle station. But, the room had extremely squeaky floor boards and the walls were paper thin. I heard every word of guests next door including the snoring! We stayed in the Carriage House for one night.

The main building has rooms attached to it so it gets loud when guests slam the front doors. The ladies at the front desk were wonderful but the gentleman was rude and unwelcoming. The breakfast selection was fantastic! That said, I wouldn’t stay there again…

We had the continental breakfast. Selection was best on Sunday. Very clean room and very comfortable; staff excellent, great location. Enjoyed our stay.

Only issue was guests above our room who were extremely loud during the early a.m. hours. They checked out that morning and the extra night we stayed was very quiet and peaceful.

After driving for nearly 6 hours, We arrived very late, as the kitchen was closing. The staff was so accommodating they asked the kitchen to stay open for us. The food and service was great! The property is beautiful and so close to UNH.
