Three Chimneys Inn

I was not able to take advantage of the breakfast. I do wish my room had a fireplace - next time will request! Also wish there were more dog friendly rooms :)0

Lovely inn and wonderful friendly and helpful staff.

Location was good for our mid journey break. The tavern was good and the fish and chips were very good.

The room was ok but not quite as advertised. It was ok clean but not spotless. The breakfast was below average sadly.

The Inn interior is exemplary, but the exterior on the less visible sides needs a lot of work. Our room also deserves 5 stars. We would certainly stay there again!

The location was nice and quiet, a short walk to the UNH campus with the town a very short walk away. The attached restaurant had a nice menu and friendly staff.

They or booking.com messed up the reservation. But they had a room and honored the price

Beautiful old Inn, friendly staff

The bed was very “creaky “ every time one of us moved, you could hear the other person. The window sills in or room and in the dining room need cleaning.

The hotel was very conveniently located and provided us with everything we needed during our stay.

The mattress was very soft and uncomfortable, and seemed like you could sink into the middle.

The location w as excellent. It was tastefully decorated with lovely beams in the ceiling

Quaint old New England for sure but maybe just a little too rustic. I was in rm 19 and the entrance area was not my favorite. Eight of my family members joined me for dinner and came up to see the room. Some said if felt spooky, I have to agree. Hot water took forever, lots of wasted water.
