Camera spaziosa, pulita e confortevole.

La struttura è grande ed è forse difficile riempire le camere, sta di fatto che in occasione del mio pernottamento c'erano almeno due gruppi di turisti. Tutto era adattato a questo tipo di clientela, che poi andrebbe trattata come chi prenota singolarmente, comunque c'era la netta sensazione dei grandi numeri con penalizzazione della qualità del servizio. Questo l'ho notato soprattutto a colazione: code, prodotti non a livello di un 4 stelle, e trattamento del personale veramente sgarbato. Anche la struttura e gli arredi delle aree comuni erano trascurate. Difficile che tornerò qui la prossima volta.

Il menù del giorno ha un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo e si può scegliere anche la sera, il personale è molto cordiale e disponibile

Gli orari di accesso alla piscina si sovrappongono a quelli della cena quindi risulta difficile, per chi lavora, riuscire ad usufruirne

La struttura è stata all’altezza delle aspettative: camera confortevole, ambienti puliti e ben curati. Vorrei però fare una menzione speciale a tutto il personale, sempre professionale, disponibile e cordiale, sia al ristorante che durante tutto il soggiorno. Un ringraziamento particolare va a Eleonora della reception, che si è distinta per la sua attenzione, gentilezza e disponibilità. Ha saputo curare ogni dettaglio con grande professionalità, facendomi sentire accolto e a mio agio fin dal primo momento. Sono proprio queste attenzioni che fanno la differenza e trasformano un semplice soggiorno in un’esperienza davvero piacevole. Complimenti a tutto il team e grazie ancora per l’ospitalità!
