Staff cordiale, struttura stupenda e camere moderne.

Colazione abbondante ma nessun pane fresco, i prodotti purtroppo industriali, unico di fresco e naturale la spermuta di arancia però a pagamento (3€). Molto male per una struttura che funziona bene e ha un buon aspetto sia esterno che interno. Consiglio di migliorare.

L'albergo è facilmente raggiungibile dal casello autostradale. È dotato di un ampio e comodo parcheggio. Il livello è alto, corrispondente all' assegnazione quattro stelle. Staff gentile, professionale ed efficiente. Le camere sono confortevoli, molto pulite e dotate di tutti gli accessori. La colazione, ottima ed abbondante, è studiata sia per una clientela italiana che internazionale.

Area di parcheggio migliorabile. Allo stesso piano c'era una scolaresca che ha fatto confusione tutta la notte e forse sarebbe stato meglio mettere questi gruppi tutti assieme nella stessa area. L'ascensore troppo piccolo e lento per la dimensione della struttura non arrivava mai

Price is good

The serving staff for the breakfast , especially a lady called Fiorella or something like that. They basically have had no training and has no idea what even basic customer service is, they are probably more suited as food severs in jails! Especially the exact sentence of the serving lady was “ you sit where i tell you to sit”. I have never seen any 4 star restaurant have such inhumane rude staff in my entire life. Not even a motel staff behaves that way, I am sure with these kind of staff in the breakfast room the hotel will close very soon. I hope that the hotel is going to atleast do some enquiry regarding such racist/ indecent behaviour
