Location great friendly staff clean room

Had a room next to the elevator kept us awake all night

The 24th floor had significant and bad odour issues within the hallway lift area…old cooking oil smell. Pungent smell

The Lady at reception was an absolute GEM!!! So kind, welcoming and EVER SO helpful. We arrived waaaaay ahead of our check in time, our room was nowhere near ready, and she didn't even FLINCH when accommodating to our needs. We were checked in, given ALL the places of interest within the premises,(including the Skyzone Bar), handed not 1 but TWO key cards and all within minutes of our arrival. Such professionalism and expertise deserving of a payrise. The room was beautifully setup, superbly clean, ducted aircon throughout, bathroom with bathtub🛀. We had a one bedroom apartment with a well equipped kitchen and my fave... a REAL corkscrew that ddnt "lose shape" while in use 🤭. A couch fit for only 1 person to nap on, not 2 ( i did try though😄) The beds an pillows were super comfy, plenty of wardrobe space with extra blankets with floor to ceiling mirrors for the "fit-check" on yr way out. There's a washer and dryer in it's own hidden area for all yr laundry needs with a drying rack that fits perfectly on the balcony that had plenty of room for our visitors to have "Pre-Bev's" be4 attending our main event. Overall, this was a FANTASTIC place to stay with EVERYTHING within walking distance, Mini Woolworths and Bottle shop around the corner, Tenya buffet restaurant 2 streets over, footbridge to Southbank across the street and the Casino which turned into a oneway walking trip as we ALLLLL needed a cabby on our return🥂 🤭. My Family and I will definitely be booking an apartment HERE again 💯💯💯

Perfect location to access multiple areas of the city for our weekend. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Great variety of community spaces in the building.

Have stayed here before multiple times in 2 bedroom apartment with no issue, it is a great location. Main kitchen/Dining area was clean

Stayed in 1 bedroom apartment (Apartment 21, Access off the side of the carpark). There was mould all over the roof in the bedroom and hallway of this particular apartment, the air conditioning vents were caked in dust (like a uncleaned dryer vent) and dust on the walls like it needed a bond clean. Alerted reception on checkout, they asked me to email the pictures to their GM (Email address provided). No response. Parking has gone up to $40 per night

The location was good. The kitchen facilities were excellent. The bed and pillows were very comfortable.

Rubbish bin in bathroom had someone’s old tissue in it. The basin in the bathroom did not drain easily. If you are not used to traffic and road noise Room 21 is not for you. Accessing the room through the car park, especially at night was daunting. More than one dessert spoon would have been good.
