Okish breakfast Located close to town centre and station

Really tiny room, far too stuffy Shared bathroom and toilet Didn't feel safe as a solo female traveller Whole area outside felt a bit dodgy

Staff were great! Breakfast was good.

Parking and breakfast included in the rate...and just yards from the brilliant Nags Head pub - if you like real ale and ciders.

Nothing a case of not actually liking as such. However, a very basic B&B - hardly salubrious! Not too sure of the target audience (I was staying there on a Tuesday for football) as Reading is hardly a tourist destination, as Oxford up the road clearly is. Given that, despite the parking and breakfast included, still rather pricey compared with other much nicer places stayed at around the country!

Close to the city center, friendly service.

The heating in the house is turned off before midnight and turned on in the morning. It was cold in the room; second half of October. There was a strange smell from the old carpeting or bathroom plumbing throughout the house.
