The room was excellent and so was the staff/ host. They were very helpful during our stay. We really enjoyed our stay in this accommodation. The breakfast was very nice.

e stayed in the top floor, which was ok, but it could have been better had we stayed in the First floor.

The location is excellent, and the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. They recommended many wonderful spots worth visiting. On top of that, the breakfast was absolutely delicious!

La ubicacion del hotel en Google Maps esta equivocada...el acceso al hotel es un problema: ubicado en una zona solo peatonal (complicado llegar con maleta grande) y encima hay q subir escaleras en la calle para llegar....una vez en el hotel: no tiene ascensor (y encima yo tome una habitacion en el tercer piso para tener mejor vista del mar), toda una odisea acceder a la habitacion con equipaje. Lo malo es q el problema de accesibilidad y la falta de ascensor solo nos lo informan luego de haber reservado la habitacion y no figura como informacion general del hotel al momento de evaluarlo...

Fabulous facilities,location and staff.

In the heart of the old town. Great staff. Historic building

No elevator. Dragging bags up sixty steps is no fun. No car access to hotel/—have to transport bags yourself. Rooms are small.

Every single thing. The place was amazingly well located and the staff were super warm. A big thank you to Rula and Flora for the hospitality the showered upon us. Made us feel like family visiting after a long time. Our stay in Chania was amazing and in a large part thanks to the place we stayed in.
