When we go on holiday we always like to give a HONEST review, whether positive or negative, or somewhere in between. My family, Grandma, Grandad, daughter, son-in-law and 3 grandchildren stayed here for 2 weeks. (Block 9). On arrival, we were greeted by reception staff who welcomed us warmly and our check-in was processed quickly and smoothly. The reception area is lovely. It is very clean and well adorned. Throughout our stay we went to the foyer on numerous occasions for 'afternoon tea'. All the staff throughout our stay were super helpful and friendly. Mustafa, (Bar manager), was exceptional. He speaks very good English and always had a chat with everyone at the bar. A really nice chap. As you can imagine, with 3 grandchildren, we spent a lot of time around the pools. The activities were second to none and there were tears and tantrums from the 4 year old every time we left the pool area! For those travelling without children there is an adults only pool - very calm and serene. The dining are was pristine, and the choice of food was amazing. There was something for everyone - different meat options, fish, salads, a tremendous choice of vegetables, kids menu, diet options, (although I wonder how anyone can diet when this amazing choice of food is available lol). There was an abundance of different types of bread and crackers. A large offering of different desserts and many different flavours of ice cream. (See what I mean about dieting !) Ozan, one of the managers is so lovely. Nothing was to much trouble for him and he helped us out many times. If you decide to stay here then look out for him, he's amazing. We didn't encounter one member of staff who was negative in any way. Whoever put these teams together did a fantastic job and we hope it doesn't change. The grounds are immaculate. So much so that I took photos of the beautiful flowering bushes, hoping I can buy them here in the UK. Our rooms were sparkling clean all through our holiday, so a great big thank you to the housekeeping staff! We've been coming to Turkiye for some years now, usually trying a different hotel each time. We've stayed in some good ones and some not-so-good ones. This is our first time here but I can honestly say that our wanderings between different hotels are over. We will, without a doubt be coming back next season!.

We have stayed at other hotels in the area but always seem to come back here! Feels like home from home. I love the pool area (both main and the Adult one). The beach is not bad but would love it even more it was nearer to the hotel (you need to get a transfer there - which the hotel do provide for free). This time we didn't go to the spa but I have been before and have never had any complaints. The food is lovely (especially the breakfast !!) The only 2 negatives are the Entertainment team and offering - massive improvement needed for sure! The rooms are dated too but we are aware the hotelier is planning to update them at some point. That said everything is clean, housekeepers work so hard and are really nice too. See you all next year! .

Fantastic family holiday fully enjoyed by all. Food and drink was great plenty of choice even for fussy eaters. Entertainment was fantastic, all the staff were very friendly and couldn’t do enough for you. The hotel is in a great location close to bars, restaurants and shops. We love this area of Turkey and will definitely be back to this hotel.

Nice hotel in lovely area. Food and drinks fine even fussy eaters can find something to eat. Hotel has everything you need for a mid class hotel your not going to get 5 star ⭐ quality but everything was fine for price paid . Room cleaned daily cleaner done great job block 8 ILKVERDI was her name. Overall was a fantastic holiday experience will return.

We have stayed at this hotel many times, it's the staff that make this hotel special for us. Over the years we have made some lovely friends, and have seen many come and go. A Special mention to Feride, who we now look upon as out little Turkish daughter, she always makes our holiday special, nothing is too much for her. This year we were invited to Hilal & Kutay's wedding which was a first for us as we have never been to a Turkish Wedding before. It was lovely and we were made welcome and looked after by Sezgin, Ali, and Kubra while there. The location of the hotel is perfect, and the rooms are nice and always clean.

We really did enjoy our stay until one of our party got bitten badly & I came home with a dead bedbug in my suitcase. Overpriced, outdated and bedbugs are not a good selling point

I have just returned from a 4 day break to this hotel. For the price we paid the hotel was adequate with some nice features but I don’t think I would return for a longer stay. Pros; Friendly and helpful staff. Nice grounds Loved the resident cats/kittens Nice lunch at the pool snack bar Good location and handy shuttle bus to the blue lagoon that we loved. Cons Food ok but we found a little limited to our tastes. My daughter (aged 30) ended up at the kids corner one night for food Rooms dated with tiny balcony’s. The room we had was in need of a refurbishment. Reasonably clean but not to normal standard of hotels I go to. On a few occasions tables weren’t cleaned properly between guests and there were crumbs and food remnants we had to clean ourselves. Alcoholic drinks and cocktails very weak. I’m sure the bottle of spirits are watered down. I could drink all day and night with no alcohol effect at all. It did mean no hangovers which was handy lol. Overall it wasn’t a bad stay and I did enjoy my break but I just didn’t feel the hotel had the same quality of rooms, food and drinks that other 4 star hotels offer.

We felt right at home during our stay at the hotel. The rooms were spacious and clean, and meticulously prepared every day. Breakfast exceeded our expectations in both variety and taste. Thanks to the friendly and professional staff, we had a very enjoyable holiday. I highly recommend it.
