The room was great and very clean and the location was excellent. The people there were also really polite and let us leave our luggage there after the checkout before our flight.

Breakfast was just OK , you can find stuff to eat for starting your day However, I would expect more choices.

la posizione al centro storico/isola pedonale è perfetta, ti puoi muovere a piedi tranquillamente. la stanza 23 affaccia su strada quindi si resta svegli fino a tarda notte per via del chiasso dei locali sottostanti, poco illuminata purtroppo e le tende per oscurare i vetri avevano il filo/cordone bloccato. il rifornimento al bagno (cuffia e body lotion) l'ho dovuto richiedere alle cameriere che hanno i carrelli pieni, ma ...ops....dimenticano di lasciarli nelle stanze, come anche il rifornimento delle bustine da tè che non vengono rifornite quando le consumi. consiglio ai direttori dell'hotel di farsi un giro per le stanze e controllare, dopo che le cameriere hanno pulito, se è tutto in ordine. la pulizia del pavimento dovrebbe essere quotidiana perchè ho trovato polvere. un albergo a 4 stelle che si rispecchi non dovrebbe perdersi in queste cose che devono essere obbligatorie!!!

la pulizia e l'attenzione nel rifornire le stanze, le cameriere dovrebbero comunicare ai direttori le cose non funzionanti!! la tv non ha canali italiani, ma al jazeera arabic si trova sempre!!!!

Very well located with very friendly staff. The rooms were really large and very comfortable. Loves our stay here.

I don’t think you can get better location when staying in Bratislava. You literally walk out to the Old Town and all attractions are within walking distance. Room was spacious, bed was comfortable. I think it is a charming hotel maybe a little bit outdated but with a soul and touch. The staff were very friendly and very accommodating. Breakfast was also nice hotel-breakfast.

If you a light sleeper you might find it difficult to sleep due to noises from the street. I wasn’t bothered by it personally but I knew what would be the price for such amazing location. I also wasn’t a big fan of lack of big general light and standing lamp/small lamps instead.

Alles war bestens, wir kommen sehr gerne wieder! Wirklich freundliches Personal, bequeme Betten, hervorragende Lage und gutes Frühstück.

Der Nachteil der zentralen Lage war der Straßenlärm. Wir haben aber dann das Fenster geschlossen und damit das Problem gelöst.

Localizarea in centrul vechi al orașului (zona pietonala) foarte aproape de obiectivele turistice, curățenie, personal foarte amabil, clădire istorica foarte bine întreținută.
