O hotel é bem localizado. A equipe é prestativa e atenciosa. O quarto é espaçoso e bem equipado e estava limpo. O ar condicionado funciona bem assim como o chuveiro.

O quarto tinha infiltração na parede logo abaixo do ar condicionado. A porta do banheiro ficava fechando e com isso só era possível usar a pia com a porta do banheiro fechada. Achei que as acomodações poderiam ser modernizadas. O isolamento acústico é ruim. Qualquer barulho nas ruas próximas são ouvidos nos quartos. Eu estava no 15o andar. E no sábado às 7h40 da manhã foi realizada uma passagem de som em uma rua próxima o que tornou impossível dormir, o que foi muito desagradável.

Café da manhã é incrivelmente gostoso e o ambiente do bistrô é muito agradável, o quarto é muito espaçoso e confortável e a equipe em geral é excelente. Sempre que vou a BH fico no Pormenade.

Se tivesse uma sanduicheira no quarto seria perfeito.
