Could not check in at 3:00 was told to come back at 4:00 because the room wasn't ready. Came back at 4:00 still couldn't. The room wasn't clean yet, told 20 more minutes. You could see daylight around the door, about an inch open gap at the bottom. The safety security lock was gone from door. Breakfast was cold cearal, which hadn't been replenished the next morning. The coffee was cold, that even the creamer wouldn't even dissolve in it. Grass needed cut. I am surprised Wyndham links its name to it. Will not stay there again. Could say more, but that should be enough!

Cleanliness of the restroom was beyond poor. The tub was not clean. Hair dirt and soap scum residue was clearly visible. I never had to clean the restroom at a hotel I paid to stay at. Overall rating is would give is a zero

The property was dated but clean and was a good value for the cost, overall. However, neighbors on both sides of us had a party in the parking lot with LOUD music and laughter until 11 pm 2 of the 3 nights of our stay. The bed was clean but most uncomfortable. We probably will choose another hotel for our next stay.

Tv didn’t work, no WiFi, air conditioner very noisy with constant rattling noises, electrical outlet for coffee pot didn’t work. Room hadn’t been cleaned very well, over all condition of the room is poor. This place needs to be refurbished, I will not stay here again on my next trip to Picayune Ms
