Bayside Holiday Apartments

spacious apartment, the pool was large and had enough loungers, bed was comfortable and the location was great. I was happy to be able to use the gym at the moonlight bay hotel felt very secure and only 10 mins walk to china town /town beach

the unit was tired and could have been cleaner, was hoping to cook but the kitchen didnt make that appealing. There was broken furniture, the sofa cushions sank into the sofa bed part making it too uncomfortable to sit on. the table for outside on the patio was broken so couldnt use it. there was no clothes airer for drying things. the TV was not connected to the WIFI so couldnt stream anything. the noise from matsos on a DJ night is annoying. I found a cockroach on the wall in the living room on the last evening. no onsite reception which meant collecting keys and checking in frustrating with luggage. Needs a refurb so i thought it was quite expensive for what you got.

We stayed in self catered accomodation. Cooking facilities were good, but basic. Pool and laundry facilities were clean, well maintained and free of charge. Location was fabulous and value for money was excellent.

Laundry facilities were great and right near our room Pool was clean and well maintained. Staff were very helpful when we left an article of clothing in our room. They went above and beyond to get it back to us. Much appreciated

Hauling our luggage from check-in was a little challenging as some of our group had mobility issues. It would’ve been great if they provided a little shuttle bus.

The property is reasonably well located. Approx 15 minutes walk to town center and several bars & eateries, depending upon fitness levels. Pool and grounds were well maintained. Carpark was very secure.

The property is a bit dated. Doors to rooms and cupboards didn't shut properly and need a bit of attention. Security lighting was very bright, so we found it difficult to sleep until we blocked our window with a blanket.

Enclosed area and felt safe

Probably needs a second entrance? But it’s still nice.
