this was the best buffet breakfast we have ever seen at any hotel. The selection was great. They even made pancakes every morning for my autistic son which was the best ever. The chef is a genius

i did not like the shower head they used, it limited me whilst bathing as not enough water was coming out. but i understand maybe they are saving water.

wonderful staff, first time to Hluhluwe

would have been nice for a porter to help with bags, that was the only thing missing, was never offered. they only helped the big tour groups.

Room was fine. Restaurant was terrible! Unacceptably long wait, only to discover forgotten starters and fridge cold oxtail. Staff were friendly but overall it was expensive and disappointing! I think they’re geared towards foreign tour groups with lower expectations. Not recommended.
