The staff was rude

The facility demanded I pay an additional $150 upfront for incidentals which was never stated in the booking. They wouldn’t return my booking and told me I could only get a refund from booking.com. I connected booking.com and they said that the hotel had to refund me and sent a request for my refund and I never heard back from either hotel or booking.com

Hello, this message is for the owner. The lady In the office gave me the name “Me-Me” I asked for something more professional as well as her business title she answered “I’m the girl in the office”. I was trying to call to pay for two homeless people who were trapped at your hotel in over 8 ft of snow. I asked if your establishment had cheaper rooms her response “they have too much stuff for us to move them in all of this snow” I asked her but you are wanting them to move out in all of the snow? It absolutely made no sense she didn’t help me find them a room at a cheaper price, didn’t help me to keep the room and was combative even hung up the phone on me. There are two homeless people who don’t have a place to go in extreme weather conditions due to the customer service at your establishment. As cold as it is in Collinsville Mo.

I booked the room because I needed an inexpensive room for one night in the St. Louis area. It was the least expensive hotel in the area. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The clerks were friendly and efficient.

Cameras everywhere so it is safe but the mirrors and “corn” channels tell another story about this motel….

I was unable to stay there all because I didn't have an extra $100.00 for the reservation fee. I WANT MY REFUND RETURNED TO MY DEBIT CARD ASAP FOR BOOKING THE motel; which I didn't stay. If I would have had the chance to stay there, I might have given a better review, but since I didn't stay, I cannot give any reviews about it.

Toilet didn't work, no fridge or microwave, and no hot water to shower. Never again
