Grand Hyatt Guangzhou

I think one of the best hotels in GZ. Great interior design, fantastic view from bed and super arrives! Couldn’t wish more.

The only confusing thing is the elevator. The lobby is at the 22nd floor, so when you are below the 22nd floor, you have to go up first and get out. You always to switch at 22nd floor. 😔😔

We stayed at the Grand Hyatt Guangzhou from December 19th to 21st and had a wonderful experience overall. The hotel is modern, elegant, and very well maintained, with a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. Our room was spacious, clean, and quiet, allowing us to rest very well during our stay. The highlight was definitely the breakfast, which was extremely abundant and delicious, offering a wide variety of both Chinese and Western options to suit different tastes. The staff were professional and attentive, making us feel well taken care of throughout our stay. We would gladly choose this hotel again when visiting Guangzhou.

In my opinion, Grand Hayatt grading shouldn't like that!

Big mess, bad check in experience very poor breakfast

The hotel layout was also highly inconvenient. The main lobby is located on the 22nd floor, requiring us to take one lift from the ground floor to the lobby and then transfer to another lift to reach our rooms each time. This process was time-consuming and physically exhausting, particularly for the senior citizen and children in our The mattresses were worn out and sunken, causing severe neck and shoulder pain for both my husband and me. This pain has continued even after our trip. My son and sister were bitten by bed bugs. This is a serious hygiene issue and reflects a complete failure in cleanliness and room maintenance, which is entirely unacceptable.

They’ve charged me a deposit CNY3000 and didn’t return it back till now after 50 days despite several messages

大堂前台很亲切，尽量满足我们一大家子出行的要求、也特意升级了塔景房给我们入住、可以看到小蛮腰，礼宾部一直帮忙收快递和送上房间，特别赞许我们入住的7楼楼层客服人员，两位工作人员非常亲切非常友好，总能及时满足我们的需求，并且每天打扫房间，下次还会选择君悦酒店
