Nothing worth liking

AC was not working. Pool time is only till 6pm in this sweltering heat. Bad attitude of the staff

Staff was polite and helpful

I found cockroach backside of the mirror and a big lizard at my entrance door. Since it was a corner room next to the cleaning room, it's not hygiene enough.

Location is nice near to all bussiness center,

Menu items in breakfast and dinner does not have options as compared to similar rated properties. Many of staff are trainee

Dirty corridors , furniture lying around , rooms not cleaned every day

Not much unfortunately, there was a restaurant next door so managed to get a beer when I couldn’t in hotel

No air-conditioning, bar was closed, room service slow, pool did not look like the picture, no bottled water to drink

Location and brake fast was fantastic

The staff here is very courteous and helpful also, special Thanks to Salman from the front desk, Thank you Salman for giving good room

This is the worst hotel I have ever come across. The pool was so bad I wonder how this Hotel has not been penalised by the health department. The changing areas were also very dirty. The pool had filthy water and there were little kids in the pool. Such a health hazard. Never ever will I step into a Royal Orchid hotel again!
