Amit roy, house keeping guy was too good. He always made me happy and it was so comfortable to stay as I have a small baby. His humbleness and work ethic is too good. 5 star is him. Hopefully royal orchid will give good star and hike to his boy. 😃

The overall staff was very courteous and helpful especially the credit goes to Rajkanya, Neha., Sushil and also the manager. In our next visit we would surely like to visit the same hotel and meet your same staff again. Food too was very good and also the hygiene levels. I would recommend every one to blindly trust this place and hope so the same levels are maintained in future.

"Business class first class Hotel"

I stayed here for a day and got a glimpse of this business hotel with 300 plus rooms on mumbai Satara highway on outskirts of pune. Very fine room dining and restaurant. Lots of things for kids to keep busy.
