Rooms were spacious and very comfortable and clean. Everything was provided including little milks and a lovely vanity kit. Although the room is obviously old the furniture and fittings etc were new clean and lovely

Unfortunately the street is quite loud at night. But I knew that was the case so came prepared

Not clear instructions were to park to get keys

Convenient location neat and tidy

I have stayed at this property probably a dozen times or more, the parking is secure, and rooms a are clean and are close to night-life.

On Easter weekend I hired a smaller room the TV did not work, I contacted the Manager, who tried to fix the problem, but without me asking, immediately instructed cleaners to upgrade me into a one bedroom apartment with balcony, which what I normally book. I cannot compliment the service enough, by turning a negative into a positive without myself having to negotiate was outstanding.

Canapé ayant vécu , peu confortable (convertible et l’assise s’affaisse)

Great location in Fortitude Valley, well connected. Furnishings and bathroom were basic and could do with a bit of a refresh. Staff were super friendly and helpful.
