From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality. Every member of the team made us feel valued and comfortable throughout our visit. A special thank you to Ms. Angie Girgis from Reception for her kindness, professionalism, and elegant manner in welcoming guests. Our room was prepared to an excellent standard, and we greatly appreciate the efforts of Mr. Abdel Aziz from Housekeeping and his assistant Abu Zeid for their dedication and attention to every detail. The evening entertainment was another highlight of our stay. Nadine Abdullah delighted us with her beautiful voice and outstanding performance, creating a memorable atmosphere for all guests. We would also like to recognize Ahmed Mohamed from the Shisha Lounge, whose energy, attentiveness, and commitment to excellent service were truly impressive. He worked tirelessly with a smile and made sure every guest was well taken care of. Our experience at Stella Di Mare Grand Hotel was exceptional in every aspect.
