Location and the bed was very cozy

Front Desk staff is lazy, unfriendly and unaccommodating. The hotel is old and dirty. Only housekeeping staff were pleasant and friendly

The staff is so welcoming and kind. My mother stayed here and said it’s clean and quiet. She especially loved interacting with Mandy the manager. Mandy is helpful and has a great personality. Her stay was good and she has stayed multiple times in the past two years when she comes to visit. She’ll continue to choose this BW to lay her head.

The staff member who checked us in was incredibly friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious and comfortable. Amenities included a Keurig type coffeemaker, which was preferrable for us. All hotels should go this route! Beds were comfortable and A/C was good, even with the extreme heat. This will be our go-to hotel stop during future trips through Wichita Falls, TX
