Location was good, in general staff was very friendly.

It felt too crowded, at the pool, the buffet,… gave us a hard time to relax. very limited non-alcoholic options in all inclusive, whilst the alcoholic selection was huge. also always waiting times at reception, even for small inquiries.

Gyereksírás és ebédlőben étel szétdobálás a kicsik miatt. Kávéfőző nincs minden szobában. Reggelinél a gépi kávé nagyon rossz sajnos!

Kiváló elhelyezkedés, kisgyermekes családoknak tökéletes választás. Remek minőségi ételek. Gyerekeknek rengeteg program minden nap, minden reggel arcfestés, napközben animátorok által vezetett érdekes programok. Esténként színpadi színvonalas előadások! Nyereményjáték minden este, utána előadás:pl: Jégvarázs, Cirkusz, tűz show, akrobata show stb. Félpanziós ellátással voltunk, szinte minden nap kedveskedtek valamilyen extra fogással, közös paella főzés délben, smoothie, koktél, aperol spritz, coronita stb.

Június közepén voltunk, a medence vízhőmérséklet hideg volt! A tenger sokkal melegebb volt, végülis emiatt mentünk főleg, úgyhogy nem okozott nagy kellemetlenséget ez sem. Aki nem gyerekkel érkezik, az számítson rá, és gondolja át, hogy ide mindenki gyerekkel érkezik, étkezések közben a neveletlen népség gyermekei üvöltését és étel szétszórását el kell viselni! Hála istennek a mi gyerekünk normális, ehhez mi otthon nem vagyunk hozzászokva, így hiába van nekünk is 6 évesünk, az üvöltő sírás,hiszti és étel dobálás még a mi idegrendszerünket is próbára bírta! Erről persze a szálloda nem tehet, erőn felül takarítottak folyamatosan!

The location is fantastic and the sea is just amazing with its turqoise colour. The variety and quality of the food were truly excellent, offering a wide selection of fresh and well-prepared dishes that appealed to different tastes and preferences. The staff were exceptionally helpful and kind, providing attentive service and showing genuine care troughout the experience. We really enjoyed the evening performances with the kids, our favorite was the Frozen show. Overall we were very satisfied with this hotel complex, the environment was pleasant and the service met our expectations.

The room could have been bigger.
