"Op zich nette hotel en faciliteiten. Personeel bij receptie helaas meer met andere dingen bezig"

Personeel. Waren meer met hun telefoons bezig dan met klanten. Sterker nog de volgende ochtend 40 min lang geen receptioniste gezien waardoor ik de drankjes heb genuttigd niet kon afrekenen omdat de shuttle was gekomen

Ik had een arrangement Park, Sleep & Fly met 'gratis' shuttle. Op de terugreis was er geen shuttle en moesten we €21 voor een taxi betalen. We zijn hier van tevoren niet over geïnformeerd. Het personeel kwam niet verder dan 'sorry'. De prijs van dit arrangement is inmiddels €33 goedkoper. Dit geeft ons een extra negatief gevoel.
