+ Sehr nettes Personal. + Wasserdruck und Handtücher in Bade Zimmer + Essens Qualität + einige Shows waren sehr gut - Organisation im Restaurant - schlechte Betten Qualität - kein Sinn eine Mikrowelle im Zimmer, wenn keine Spülbecken und keine größere Mülleimer - Liegestühle schon um 8am besetzt - Schwimmbad relativ klein für so viele Leute

It is very much a young family facility which makes a relaxing vacation very difficult Smoking is a real issue for us and mostly the German guests surprised us by smoking in front of young children Also we were promised twin beds which were not available on arrival It cost us an extra Euros 350 to upgrade. The flight out of Palma was canceled despite on 21st June Travelocity confirmed by email it was okay. All in all it has cost us over Euros 700 extra because of these errors. We expect Travelocity to reimburse us with these costs in full or in part On a brighter note the food at the Hotel was great

Toller Blick von der Terrasse oben, sehr gutes Buffet, leider im Speisesaal etwas laut (am besten immer nach draußen oder auf die Terrasse noch oben gehen zum essen !!)

Sehr tolles Team, klasse Anlage, riesige Buffet-Auswahl. Einziges Manko: Extrem voller Speisesaal mit enormem Geräuchpegel, was bei der Vielzahl von Kindern jedoch logisch ist. Es gibt aber einige Tische im Außenbereich, wohin man ausweichen kann, sollte es einem dann doch zu laut sein. Alles ist auf Kinder ausgerichtet, wenn man so etwas sucht, ist man hier goldrichtig.

Confortable et parfait pour se détendre en famille et en couple dans un ensemble de taille humaine (3 étages maxi). Le personnel est accueillant, souriant et efficace, idéal pour des vacances reposantes avec des activités qui ne sont pas envahissantes si on souhaite juste se reposer. La crique et la plage aux abords de l'hôtel sont magnifiques.
