Iberostar Selection Playa de Palma

The staff was very welcoming, attentive and professional. The rooms were clean and beautifully appointed with lots of unexpected extras. The Breakfast Buffett offered many options and the food, including the dinner buffet, was delicious.

There is no Sundry/Snack Shop inside the hotel.

Frühstück und Abend Essen waren Sonderklasse. Habe ich noch nie so in Buffet Form gesehen. Die haben das echt gut gemacht.

Die Glastüren bei den Toiletten in den Zimmern, Da diese nicht wirklich dicht sind kann der Partner jedes noch so kleines Geräusch mithören.

The room was spacious and clean and the cleaning staff good. The staff in general were very good. The staff at the restaurant were excellent and went above and beyond to cater for our requirements for gluten free meals, ensuring we had plenty of options and offering to cook specific versions of meals if required. I’m well traveled and have spent a lot of time at various hotels. I’d have to say that this is by far the best one yet. Thanks to Pablo for your hospitality…if ever here agin I’d choose Iberostar again and again. While all the staff was amazing Pablo really stood out and put the nail in the coffin! Thanks guys! You all are phenomenal.

This is one of the best hotels in Palma. It has a great location and the service staff, from the receptionist and doorman to the restaurant waiters and cleaning staff, are very professional and friendly. The breakfast buffet is excellent and abundant! All in all, it was a great experience and a good reason to come back!

El llit tan còmode, l’habitació confortable, la banyera, el personal molt amable, l’spa, el menjar del restaurant. Ens ha encantat l’estada.
