"stressful and not helpful at all, i was there for a funeral and to put my mom in hospice"

called for another pillow, they said we had three and thats enough, never brought one. called at 7 am because blow dryer didnt work, it was five degrees and i had a plane to catch the person who answered the phone said its 7:00, no, i cant help you and never to. zero shampoo etc in the shower, they should maybe mention that. Bed uncomfortable. Price was ok before fees. then not such a bargain.

Clean and the location.

This was my third time staying and 11 is the check out. 11:20 the receptionist cane to the room and start to tell me that you are late and this is not good 👎

"Bit depressing, but it was good for a night."

It was relatively clean

The ac was so loud that i had to turn it off. One of the lights in the bathroom didn’t work. The place looked dated.

Location was great. Good sized bathroom. Pretty clean. No major complaints.

I think it was costly given the accommodations. Room was very small.

"Unable to stay due to room conditions"

We traveled from Fl to ct to see family and attend some events. Got to the hotel after using Booking.com and were given key to room 118. We went to the room i went in the sheets were yellow in color and not made yellow. Opened the shower curtain and there was puke on the shower wall. We have asked for a refund from both the Cheshire Welcome Inn as well as booking.com and received NOTHING DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE.

"Bad customer service"

I was at this place from November 16 to 17 and just for few hours . I normally don’t leave reviews, but I felt I needed to this time. During check-in, the receptionist repeatedly told me ‘please don’t break anything,’ and even used a translator to say it. I have stayed in many hotels and have never had a staff member say something like that to me. It made me feel singled out and uncomfortable, and honestly it came across as stereotyping and unprofessional. I couldn’t understand why I was told that, and the whole interaction left me questioning whether I was being treated differently because of how I look. Hotels should treat every guest with basic courtesy and respect. I hope management addresses this
