המלון נמצא במרחק הליכה לכיכר המרכזית של העיר העתיקה בקוסקו. זה מיקום מעולה. החדר היה גדול ומרווח. למרות שהמלון נמצא במבנה עתיק הוא עבר שיפוץ מלא וכל המתקנים מודרניים וברמה גבוהה. ארוחת בוקר מעולה וצוות מסור וחביב שעוזר בכל מה שצריך. היתה לי שהות נפלאה.

Peccato per il personale della colazione. Premetto il personale. Colazione ottima. Prima colazione alle 05.00 non c’era nessuno. Seconda colazione alle 6.00 erano presenti 4 persone, tutte fuori dove si entrava. All’interno, tavoli sparecchiati ma non puliti, piatti sporchi in un angolo ben in vista. Al momento che un cliente ha reclamato che non c’erano uova si sono attivati tutti. Peccato. Terza colazione alle ora 8.30 ci saranno state 10/15 persone, non facevi in tempo a finire di mangiare che ti portavano via il piatto. Per il resto assolutamente nessuna nota negativa

Lovely hotel, located about 5mins walk from Main Square, safe area many many places to eat around. comfortable beds, rooms not exactly inviting as they are a little dark and claustrophobic but their ok as frankly its just for sleeping. Pillow choice was great and was also a pillow menu. We had two twin rooms as a family (shame they weren’t side by side or interconnected) Kettle and teas in room but no milk (as per peru) small fridge and are stocked with payable snacks/drinks. Two bottles of water provided in bathrom for tooth brushing but plastic bottles are payable at 10soles (cheaper outside) but again as per most hotels there is a water refil station. Free coco tea and jamaican flower tea all day every day. Bar area and inside/outside seating areas. Restaurant- didnt try Breakfast - delicious and plenty of of variety for all. bathrooms: well stocker with full toiletries even-though they look a little dated/well worn. tbh rooms are same its not first class 5star more like a 3/4 but still nice. Room itself was very noisy - bring earplugs interconnecting room to us i could literally hear them opening sweet packets!! Also corridors echoey so you hear people coming/going at night. I stuck in earplugs and that helped me sleep. Room was cold but the little heater soon warmed it up and we knocked off after two hrs and room was super toasty. take it easy on your first few days as the altitude is real.

Sin duda, el trato del personal. Muy atentos y educados y dejándonos muchos detallitos. La habitación estaba completamente equipada para sentirla como tu casa. El desayuno muy completo , me encantó que te hicieran en el momento las tortillas/ huevos revueltos

All the staff at Casa Andina were amazing, and William was especially awesome! So easy to converse with, and everyone was happy to help with anything we needed. Could not recommend more!
