"we'll be back, but not for food."

Wait staff and Kitchen were quite substandard compared with our previous stay.

orders were mixed up and food was improperly prepared. ie: home fries should never be deep fat fried. Ridiculous!

"Location, location, location."

The location is great in terms of proximity to the airport (able to walk) and also being in Liberty Station.

Housekeeping staff used walkie-talkies at an extremely high volume, making it sound like conversations were happening inside our room. We asked that the volume be lowered, but it wasn't. The noise around 4:00 p.m. was disruptive enough that we left the room. For the price, the room lacked basic amenities such as a microwave and balcony. Having stayed at other nearby hotels, we found this property offered less value for the cost.

Booked my room for the wrong day I called and asked to switch days they were rude and didn't try to help me at all so I'm out $300 for a room I never got to stay in. I understand I accidentally booked the wrong day but I don't see the issue with just helping me out switching the days it's not like the company is broke and can't afford to switch days on their end of the computer. I just thought they could have been more understanding and helpful.

"Location, Location, location"

This has become our favorite Marriott to stay at when in San Diego. Although this location is not central to our family members, the proximity to Liberty Station makes it a perfect place for gatherings. We also discovered a number of community events held along the waterfront park.

"Great location and staff."

We went for our grandson's college graduation from Point Loma University. This a great location with many dining options available so close at Liberty Station. The hotel staff are all very attentive and professional. Checking in on my mobile app, our room was assigned and exactly as I had requested. The hotel is clean and well managed with a nice sitting area in the room.
