Upon check in found out there is a $50 pet fee. I was NOT informed of this on hotel.com. Paid fee. Chatted with your agent who was very professional and understanding but couldn’t help refund fee. She did provide me with a phone number for corporate which I will be calling on Monday. If it’s unable to be resolved and refunded I will discharge with AmEx.

It was a nice clean and organized room. I wish the hotel had breakfast… but the refrigerator, microwave and iron and board was appreciated and very useful!!

No ice machine no breakfast. And hey had no rooms that were nonsmoking. Had to call manager and they finally found one.
