Amazing stay! We was upgraded to a suite for free and the space was lovely! Needed after a week of travelling around Austria! Comfy bed and perfect location in terms of proximity to the Airport.

We had booked a room with a baby cot, but the cot was not in the room when we arrived. When we raised the issue at the reception, the employee was not friendly at all. For every question we asked, she repeated the same answer in an unfriendly tone, saying that the person responsible was not there. We did not receive any apology or any effort to resolve the situation. If a hotel is not able to provide a baby cot, it should not offer it as an option during the booking process.

Der Empfang war sehr herzlich. Das Zimmer ist geräumig und sauber, die Betten sind super bequem. Beim Frühstücksbüffet gibt es eine große Auswahl. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Kommen gerne wieder.
