La comida penosa,y poca variedad para niños,el café de la máquina horrible,y desayuno muy escaso,el trato del personal muy malo, antipáticos y poca profesionalidad con el cliente, volvería si cambiarán la variación en la comida y desayuno y el personal de servicio del comedor,hasta el jardinero,que le dices buenos días ni se digno a contestarte.

Fuimos a pasar una noche, pudimos estar desde que llegamos hasta que decidimos irnos ( ya con check-out hecho) está muy bien para ir con niños, los apartamentos están muy bien completos…la verdad que no podemos poner críticas!!

"Hotel perfecto para ir con niños"

La estancia ha ido muy bien. El hotel está muy bien para ir con niños y las instalaciones son muy agradables, especialmente la piscina grande y los jardines. Las habitaciones están bien, aunque estén un poco “viejunas”, pero son cómodas y amplias.

Super complexe, très propre, restauration excellente et très variée! Une plaie ces gens qui réservent leurs transats avant d’aller manger ou qu’ils laissent leurs serviettes toute la journée pour revenir vers 17h00(du vécu). Alors, que c’est bien indiqué que c’est interdit, je ne comprends pas que direction n’ai pas le courage dire quelque chose!!!! Grosse surprise lorsque l’on a un demi pension, le soir au dîner on a droit que à de l’eau!!!

"Family trip"

We went for a family trip in can picafort for 7 nights. Generally everything was great but there is a roam for improvement. Kids loved it so much as there were many kids and many activities. Pool was great. We took a half board which is breakfast and dinner. Food was varied and nice. Lunch we ate from the pool bar which was decent. There is a shop neat the pool but you can go to Lidle which is 3 mins walk. We also loved the mini disco and the evening shows. We booked a pool view room but the room was the last so had little view to the pool. And you need to put your towel on the sunbeds around 8am as it will fill out fast.Also the beds are not great but not bad either. Staff were all very helpful and very kind. Definitely the whole family want to go back again.

A nice holiday in a natural environment. Employees all really kind! Rooms a bit outdated, but the overall atmosphere, food, pools was good. We enjoyed our 14 days holidays all-in very well!
