Appartement spacieux : l'espace salon-salle à manger est très agréable. Les chambres sont assez grandes et la literie est de qualité. Emplacement idéal pour aller visiter le Puy à pied. Parking

Les salles de bains et la cuisine sont propres mais mériteraient un rafraîchissement. L'équipement est correct mais pourrait être amélioré : pas de grille-pain, pas de congélateur, manque de prises. Enfin le gros gros bémol est l'insonorisation très mauvaise. Le boulevard est très bruyant, en particulier le soir où les voitures circulent à toute vitesse.
