Hilton Garden Inn Montreal Centre-Ville

Después de 8 horas de vuelo me llega un mensaje de que me han cancelado la reserva porque no confirmaba la tarjeta con la que tenía q pagar estando en el vuelo no podía confirmarlo, les escribí indicando lo sucedido y aún así me dijeron que era tarde y q estaba cancelada, tendría q volverme a registrar y no me conservaban el precio inicial, al hacer la reserva en booking te indican que pagas a la llegada por lo que no pensé q tuviera ningún problema y pagaría a mi llegada.

Les repas. Obligés de sortir pour manger. Petits déjeuners sans intérêts Restaurant, salle a manger, menu manque de diversité.

I’ve stayed at several Hilton properties before, but I would say our stay at Hilton Montreal was my least favorite experience so far. The bathtub was extremely slippery, and my daughter slipped twice and almost hit her head on the wall. This felt unsafe, especially for families with children. The bathroom sink was also clogged, and there were noticeable hairs on the carpet, which made the room feel less clean than expected. We also spent a little time in the pool, but it did not appear well maintained. There were sandy particles at the bottom, and it did not feel clean enough to fully enjoy. It seemed like it may not have been properly vacuumed before opening to guests. We were very tired from our trip, so I did not bring these concerns to staff during our stay. However, based on this experience, we will likely consider other hotel options for our next visit to Montreal.
