Retenues de la caution non remboursées jusqu'à ce jour. J'ai été débité même dans la carte qu'ils avaient au préalable refusé. J'attends toujours des réponses à ce fait.

"Clean hotel with easy access and parking"

Staff were friendly and the paid on site parking was super easy . Location was close to the metro and to a few restaurants and a grocery store and the pharmacy just up the block

Requested a high floor room via booking but received a room on the second floor right about the parking garage entrance so there was a lot of street noise. Feels like despite my request I was given the exact opposite.

Fenetre de la chambre tres salle à l'intérieur, fauteil avec grosse tache sur l'accoudoir et saleté sur le tapis au centre de la chambre lorsque nous sommes entré.

La propreté, manque de verrerie dans les chambres.
