Very clean, room and bathroom was clean, linen was clean. Staff was friendly and helpful with extra towels when needed. Breakfast both mornings was fresh, hot and a nice selection for all. Very Clean setting. Will definitely stay here again next visit to Indiana.

"Clean facility and close to Ball State University"

We stayed at this hotel for my grandson's college graduation. This Hampton Inn is a clean facility and has a friendly staff. It is close to the Ball State University Campus and has nice pizza shop next door. I would recommend to anyone traveling to Muncie.

Did not know that they allowed dogs to stay in hotel. Fire alarm went off at 5:00 AM and continued until 5:30 AM . This was our day to travel home with a 9 hour drive. We just packed up and left with not much sleep.

"W.T.F. "

The room smelled funky upon arrival. The bathroom smelled worse. There was hair everywhere left from the previous visitors, glasses rings on the counter tops. The sheets wouldn’t even fit the bed. Then, at 4:50 in the morning the fire alarm went off constantly for about 40 min. No one was informed of what was going on. No staff communicated. Everyone was panicking in the hallway. There were dogs barking next door. There was no evacuation but the alarm continued and several people were worried and scared, and right after myself and several other guests left as well. The front desk lady was SUPER nice though. But I guess the manager on staff just left her to deal with it ALONE (after popping in one time) which is crazy and I felt bad for her. Not how any human should be left to deal with an emergency situation.
