"My Stay was okay."

I booked a room thru Booking.com my original dates were 3/23/-3/24 my meeting was cancelled I reached out to reschedule dates I called booking.com took me almost 30 min trying to find how to reach a customer service agent when I finally reached someone, they revised my date to 4/13-4/14 thru booking.com it was approved by the hotel. I received an email update confirming the new date when I got to the hotel they didn't have a reservation for me so I had to pay for a hotel room twice then I get an email that they will refund me $45.00 that is preposterous not happy with Booking.com at all.
