"I will be back"

The staff were the highlight for me - helpful, friendly and professional. Everyone from the concierge/check in desk, to the waitstaff, porters and cleaners were great. Lovely smiles at dinner and breakfast - the waitstaff knew what I wanted with the raise of a head by day 2! Reception staff were great at promptly organising taxis and answering questions and one of the porters kindly showed myself and a colleague into a vacant air-conditioned meeting room when he noticed us working (and sweating!) in the lobby on a very humid afternoon. Breakfast buffet had a great selection and was well presented. Dinner meals were well-portioned and nicely prepared. The room was clean (except for a small issue with the in-room espresso machine which was resolved), the bed super comfy and the shower had good pressure. I look forward to my next visit and have recommended this hotel to friends and colleagues.
