I have always stayed at novotel lami bay, but this was by far the worst experience i have had, especially coming with my whole family, first of all our rooms were leaking, were far apart from each other and didn't have proper locks and no mirrors to get ready in the room. i had asked if we could consider getting atleast one ocean view room since they stuffed up with our rooms, but said no because there was no availability. When my brother had asked for clean towels, one of the staff members said we have to pay $60. Until i went over and spoke to them and the staff apologised and said i dont know why they had said that. Novotel is meant to provide free wifi prior to staying with them, but for 4 days we had asked and no connection at all, ended up buying data and used roaming. Overall i was not happy and novotel did not expect my needs, i will look into further hotels coming back.

staff were friendly and obliging where they could be

the breakfast was grossly overpriced. it worked out at FJD$21 per slice of toast, I experienced issues trying to extend my stay the staff member was unable to find a room but i was able to book online
