Hyatt Place Lexington

Stayed in April. Went to leave in the morning my car which could be seen from the front desk had a window smashed in with a large piece of rock. We asked for the manager was told she wouldn’t be in until 10. Called two more times asking if the footage had been collected for the police and still no response from any management. We were not even offered a vacuum to help us clean all the glass so we could finish our 13 hour drive home.

One staff in particular was unwelcoming, rude, and was acting as if I was an inconvenience for checking in 30 minutes early. Should have left your kid at home so you could do your job properly.

It was 77 degrees in my room with the air not working. After asking for a different room the front desk lady told me it would cool off eventually and smart it off to me. This is uncomfortable behavior. And absolutely will not be talk to in that way. She said she would refund my money in 8 days. Needless to say 30 minutes later I got another room after wanting to speak to a manager. People like her shouldn’t be in customer service
