"Een ervaring rijker!."

Het weer beviel mij het best.Ik sliep ook gedeeltelijk met de balkondeur open.De locatie was ook goed, afhankelijk van je interesse. Schone kamers, na de update van mijn kamer zijdelings uitzicht aan de zee en palmbomen, uitgebreid ontbijt. Internet deed het ook goed.

Mijn eerste kamer op de 3de etage, allerlaatste op de gang, met verschillende gebreken! De telefoon deed het niet, werd vervangen, deed het ook niet, fout lag in de stopcontact in de muur. De balkondeur kreeg ik niet open, iemand vd technische dienst kreeg het met veel moeite open, zo zwaar was het. Licht alleen aan een kant vd kamer, de deur bij de ingang in de kamer was ingezakt, loodzwaar om het open/ dicht te doen. Deze kamer met alle gebreken heb ik "per courtoise" ontvangen!!!. Ik was alleen!. Ik had een andere kamer kunnen krijgen, maar aan de achterkant bij de parkeerplaats of geld terugkrijgen en naar een andere hotel gaan!. Voor 20,00 euro apart per nacht kreeg ik een upgrade aangeboden op de 5de verdieping, wat midden vh hotel. 3 euro per dag extra betaald voor de safe!, plus 10 euro deposito voor de sleutel. Aan het eind deposito terug ontvangen. Lawaaierige eetzaal, als je binnenliep klonk als een kippenhok. Heel druk, iedereen op zoek naar een vrije tafel. Hetzelfde bij het zwembad, handdoeken lagen al in de ochtend op de ligbedden. Slechte ligbedden, keihard zonder matras. Ik ben maar even 1 keer in het begin en op de dag van vertrek paar uurtjes. Ligbedden op het strand 8 euro per persoon per dag.

Llevo varios años yendo a este hotel, estamos muy agusto con el personal y el hotel

Lo que no nos ha gustado es el horario que hay para la cena, encima este año lo recortado media hora cierra 9:30, para los españoles eso es tener que cenar temprano y estamos bastante
